"We told the reception we’d be there at 12pm, when we got here doors were closed we had to buzz the reception. There was a parking charge. Not a big deal however was not made aware of it on the hotels.com website. The room and hotel are dated, there was no supper service on the night we stayed. "This is an old building but the rooms are renovated and everything is new and clean. But what I liked most is how pleasant and helpful the staff have been at all times. Check in and out times are great plus the staff will do all they can to let you in if you arrive early. The location is perfect. "

"Que Sorpresa This was a magical place to stay. We were at a conference in Barcelona and the hotels were crazy prices, we stayed here and drove in and out. Easy even in heavy traffic at roughly 45 minutes each way and a veritable oasis to stay at. Stunning landscape, the amazing Montserrat Masif in the background. Beautiful rooms and wonderful staff made this a superb location. If you're doing Barcelona, this is the place to stay."
