"First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients.

Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel.
