"Very nice hotel located in a quiet and idyllic village. Easy to reach by car, bike or even public transport (bus stop right behind the corner). In the village itself there are not many services - no proper restaurants outside of the hotel and only a little shop in the center. "Chosen as a reasonably priced hotel for a one night stop between france and Italy. Family run and open since the 1920s. An older style property but style very much in keeping with the local area. Clean and tidy throughout and bar/restaurant appears popular with locals. Staff were friendly and accomodating. The hotel restaurant is closed on a Wednesday evening however there are a number of local restaurants nearby and staff were happy to provide directions and recommendations. Breakfast was traditional and plenty of options for even my fussy teenager. Would happily stay here again."

"This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. So much attention to detail and beautifully restored. The host and hostess are wonderful and so very nice. Suggested things to do. And we ate a delicious dinner and breakfast the following day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants beauty, friendly and breathtaking views. I wish we had stayed longer. "
