"We book the hotel on the same day and when we arrived, no one was there. We kept calling a phone number and after many attempts someone responded and came later. We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B. Initially, they gave us a room without a sea view, that we booked and the hotel was empty. Also, provided with an only key/card. The breakfast was outside of hotel in a bar. We had no shampoo or soap in...

Mr Pagano greeted us numerous times a day and the staff at the front desk were always friendly and polite and helpful, guillia and Daniela thank you again for everything. The restaurant staff were attentive and a delight to interact with! Thanks Marco and Marco again for everything you did for us! He greeted us with a glass of champagne upon arrival — a lovely touch!
We stayed in the suite, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
The room was cleaned and tidied every day.
Peaceful and private atmosphere.
A stunning beach is just 5 minutes away by car or a 17-minute walk.

"We only stayed one night and it was perfect for our needs. Opposite the train station and only a 10 minute walk to the central/port area.
Staff were great and let us check in early. Very friendly and had excellent English.
Room was clean and comfy but the bathroom a little dated. The air conditioning was quite noisy.
