"Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the "hotel" was of very low standards because: no lift, my room was a 5x3m with one window to the back, no view (enclosed space), noise from other rooms (coming through enclosed space/open window), small shower (ventilation did not work, cistern had low pressure and did not flush properly), no wardrobe, no fridge, no coffee/breakfast facilities."
