"We recently stayed at Hotel Cezaria in Naxos and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The sea view is absolutely stunning — waking up to that panorama was a highlight of our trip. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to start the day right. We highly recommend!"

We had plenty of space for our family of four and while there were other units, there was enough space for us to keep some privacy while we utilized the pool area. The host met us close to the port and we were able to follow him in to avoid getting lost on the roads (this was especially nice because it was our first experience driving in Naxos and would have been confused on the roads) it was close enough to cute local bakeries and right in between 2...

The phone was not picked up by any staff of the hotel. After getting in touch with Expedia, Expedia staff provided the wrong information of the hotel again. "Before arrival I asked if they could arrange transfer (which they offer on the website), I was told they didn't have the service so we had to fight for a taxi at port to get to the property. There was a cleaning lady waiting for us to check in, as nice as she could she was not the manager. I asked about welcome drinks as this was included in my booking as Gold member, she called the owner and told us it was not part of the booking, despite showing on the booking confirmation. "Not the best hostel I’ve seen, not the worst. Finding the entrance was difficult however. People who owned it are very nice. Not the most sanitary and you need to go outside your room to use the bathroom. I ended up moving to hotel across the way for only $15 euros more. It was so much more worth it. My own clean room, air conditioning, bathroom and very nice staff."
