"Lovely friendly Hostel. Currently being renovated and new rooms will be modern and bright. We stayed in one of the older rooms which was functional for our visit but basic as we expected. A kettle would have been a bonus but hopefully in the upgrades this will be available. We loved stunning Altea - and the view from the roof was amazing, we would definitely come back to the area. "Best thing about this hotel - first drop off and last pick up for the airport transfers. 3 min walk to the beach. Brilliant for couples as old town is on the doorstep. 25/35 min walk to the square which is easy enough to find. Clean hotel room. Wasn't expecting much as its quite small and 'local' but really powerful shower and lovely staff who served us solaros at 1am each night. Would definitely go back."

Big Carp in the lake if you're into fishing, only problem being the access needs making a bit more disabled friendly. Could do with a bit more choice on the menu, but what there was, was very nice."
