"The staff were awesome. Really close to station, but was in a walkable area. The only negative is the capsule doors aren't very wide, but easy enough to deal with Another guest decided to do laundry at 1 am but thats not the properties fault. "

"Loved the guest house. The staff were amazing, especially Moka. She was very helpful and kind and the first evening she made us takoyaki. The only downside is that it's a bit far from downtown. However, with the subway nearly everywhere it's really accessible including Yokohama, so it wasn't that bad. The area is nice and quiet and very safe. I will definitely come back."

"Had a very good vacation for many days here. Anytime I had questions, they would respond kindly. I was very grateful for having control of my room temperature. I was able to stay cool during hot summer days. My only warning for future customers is to bring earplugs if noisey nights are an issue. Emergency vehicles are across the street and many motorcycles like to make extra noise as they drive by. But that is not the fault of the B&B. "No staff on site, very noisy entry door can be heard all night by all guests on the first floor. Bedsheets has hair from another person suggesting they hadn’t been changed. Also, foreign residents of Japan are discriminated against at check-in by asking for passport information, which we are not required by law to provide. "
