"Overall a great hotel, comfortable and clean and great location. Con’s- Disappointed they charged for coffee and tea.. and the parking was a little confusing and overpriced. You can only enter between 6am-10pm without a special card you have to scan and then walk pretty far, to get back. Everytime we parked someone down in the garage yelled us for parking in the wrong spot or made us move (very unclear instruction)"

"The hotel looks and feels like a mall from the 1990s that's been deserted by its customers. The lobby is empty, they hardly have anywhere to sit, no warmth, no buzz from people congregating to have a drink or a coffee. It's not welcoming in the least. Honestly, there's no reason to stay at this hotel with so many better ones at the same (or lower) price nearby."

"The staff was super nice. Theh moved my room after first placing me faint Santa Monica blvd as it was super loud. When I got to my new room I did find two hairs on the bedding. I was too tired to complain and move again. Also both rooms had a very funky bleach smell. Now my clothes that k wore to bed smell like that which is concerning. Not sure what the smell is but it is significant. The room was nice, updated. Great for a quick stay but the smell and hairs are not ok. "

"The entire exterior of the hotel is under excavation and construction. The first night of our two night stay bulldozers worked until 4 AM. The hotel moved us to a quiet room for the second night & removed direct hotel charges (parking and food) but we had paid for our stay through Expedia & I needed to get a refund for the night from them. I fully expect that to happen, but Expedia customer service has not given me 5 star support because they have yet to hear back from the hotel. I called the hotel and management has the problem documented in their records. I contracted with Expedia and this was not a small problem. They need to refund me the first night's charge."
