"This hotel is right behind Mt. Blanc. Bout St. Maurice is a ski town in the winter and a hiking/ biking town in the summer. My wife says this is one of the best areas we have ever seen and thinks the motel is the best as well. This is a great place just to relax. Not boring, but just a great hotel in a great place. You won’t go wrong here. "
"The owner is very friendly and speaks good English.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a charming homely atmosphere which can really add to the experience.
If I was staying in the same area, I will happily stay at this hotel again. "
"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...

"We had a wonderful stay at Sharon’s place. I can see why she, as a host, is so highly rated. Sharon took care of everything which came up and was very helpful. The location is superb, literally steps from the lift with a great view. Beautifully fitted out flat, with access to conveniences just steps away. "
"The apartment location is very good for a ski vacation. 5 minutes walking to the main gondola or you can walk to charmettoger chairlift also 3-5 minutes walking to the opposite direction. We preferred the chairlift to avoid lines in the main gondola. The apartment is close to the centre of arc 1800 and the small supermarket in the building is very comfortable to buy groceries for everyday. The main shopping we did at the centre of the village, also very close. We were a group of 7 people it was a little bit small but we it does not bother us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.François was very helpful, he answered all our questions very quickly. We recommend the apartment even for a large group like our group. Just take into account that the sleeping area is a little bit low but expect that all the other facilities in the apartment are great, Especially the ski boot rack.Thank you François."
"Very nice apartment, very close to slopes (although you have to take 2 lifts and navigate multiple PIN coded doors to get there). Also you have to take outside stairs after before 9, after 7pm or when carrying skis.Fantastic views over the valley.Would be almost impossible for 10 people (we were 8). 2 rooms only have bunk beds, there's not 10 easy or dining chairs, and there's only 1 toilet.Very small kitchen with mismatched pans - hob is induction and it took us a while to work out which pans would work and which wouldn't.Ski locker is not really useable - it's on floor minus 2, and comprises a small cold and damp cupboard.Apartment wasn't really clean - the agent simply asks at the start to tick a box on a form that says 'adequate' or 'inadequate'. We'd just arrived and it seemed OK, but during the week we realised just how dirty it was. The problem is that the agent is unable to organise cleaning (at least for us), and I suspect that each party simply does the minimum. We found the agent to be generally unhelpful and when we asked about cleaning they simply said that it was our responsibility, and helpfully sent us a text saying that they'd deduct between 250 and 500 Euros from our deposit if the apartment wasn't cleaned properly."
"The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve."
