"My family and I just returned from a 2 night stay and we really enjoyed ourselves.. we stayed in a studio suite and our room was spacious and very clean. We did stay in a newly renovated room in the Seaport Tower which was modern and fresh. The bed and couch were both comfy not the best I’ve ever had but no real complaints. The hotel itself was huge and well maintained however because they are doing lots of updates to the hotel to enhance the stay it just seemed like there was lots going in and lots unavailable. The gym was not available you had to go to the Marriot, there breakfast buffet was relocated, there was scaffolding up and down the building, the main pool area was under construction and for some reason our room wasn’t cleaned while we were out and had to call for housekeeping at 7pm to clean the room which it took over an hour for someone to come. Even with that staff was apologetic and helpful. I will say in their defense it was a busy holiday weekend and they had an extremely large group there for a huge conference.
Overall out stay was good and I will come back once lots of the renovations are completed and check out more of what the amenities have to offer since again the property was still clean given the circumstances and the staff was very delightful. Ohh the food was also very good!! A huge plus for me because I’m a foodie 😊"
