"The property is nice we called it “room in a sandbox”. That being said the property needs some repairs shower drips constantly, facet at sink leaks around the base & the toilet leaked at the base. The bathroom is in need of some serious repair. The write-up states basic essential which included a coffee pot which I found with grounds and mold in the drip aspect; there weren’t any cups, glasses, or utensils. The bed was very comfortable. We won’t be staying in this property again."

"The unit was very nice and clean and everything we needed was provided. There isn’t much of a view of the ocean from the unit’s balcony but the building is right on the beach with access. The outside of the building needs work, which they appear to be working on. It is a climb up 2 flights of steep stairs to get to the 3rd floor and all flights of steps do need repair, some were being worked on. But, the unit was very nice and was much as the pictures show. Host was very responsive to the few questions we had."

"We stayed in a condo with a washer/dryer so we had everything we need. The only thing missing was toiletries (not a big deal for us--we bring our own) but for those that expect stocked shampoo, cond., body lotion, soap, etc--just bring your own."
