"The location is perfect by Maiori beach, so close and the local restaurants are also great. And the staffs are so friendly. We arrived with booking problem but the staffs are so great in solving everything for us. We booked a seaview and it's worth it and so beautiful. "

Made fresh breakfast for us in the morning despite us traveling at 6 AM, had the room ready for us when we came prior to checkin time, and upgraded our room for free. "There were no signs to the hotel which made it difficult to find in its remote location. The sign was to a resturant with a different name. No air conditioning or fan. The receptionist left at night and locked us in the hotel. The promised breakfast did not appear so left at 8.30 through the fire escape. Very disapointing."

"Traffic is absolutely horrendous. We booked this on the road and on line it listed when their front desk was opened. It stated to call directly to make arrangements outside of those hours. We arrived in those hours on a motorcycle and were concerned to leave it even for check in due to safety. The street sign on the front of the hotel was scary and it looked like a dump.
