"This is not a complaint as I realize this is a new house. The elevator didn’t work when we arrived and the house had no hot water. I took care of both problems myself but you might want to Check before renting the house. The kitchen could also use more utensils and such. "

"This house is wonderful! It is spotless clean and a good size in a great location. The owner provides everything you can think of towels, dishes, cups corkscrew, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent... Just drop your bags and enjoy your stay at the beach. I couldn't ask for anything more."

"First time visiting Oak Island and it did not disappoint. The home is beautiful, everything is new and clean plus an easy walk to the beach, we didn’t even use a wagon or cart. Late April is a great time to visit as it’s a little less crowded. "

"This home had EVERYTHING that we needed to entertain our family and friends. Communication with the property manager was excellent from the beginning. The home is LOVELY! The 2 refrigerators came in very handy with a large crowd. We had a personal chef one evening and they had a great time cooking in the high end kitchen with plenty of room. Everything was in walking distance or a very short drive. We are already looking at dates for 2026 to return to this amazing home. "
