"We loved our stay at Hotel Muralto and highly recommend it. The property is conveniently located near public transportation (a bus stop right out the door and train station a 5 minute walk). It's a 10 minute walk to old town Locarno, shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is well maintained, the room was spotless and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. "Well first problem I have been double billed once by expedia and then second by the hotel. Took over an hour waiting for entry to the room. The Wifi didn’t work. the television didn’t work and the assigned parking wasn’t assigned. The room was very clean and the appliances state of the art. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was excellent. I didn’t enjoy not having a person to speak with and every response was that they would pass in on to the local staff but nobody was there."
