"Basic Hotel clean and very nice staff"

"This hotel is a cheep option for the area, there are more expensive hotels that offer much more The staff are nice and will do what they can to make your stay better This hotel is I real need of a face lift and could be so much better The elevator was broken and pool was closed the hotel also has a very strong smell, not sure why perhaps it’s because they use to allow smoking in the rooms back in the day All in all it’s close to downtown and is very walkable we stayed here for a football game as it was a cheaper option so you do pay for what you get "

"I stay at Hotel Corvallis when ever I’m driving to Washington State to see my family. Nice ambiance, friendly staff. The young folks that work there are always helpful ! Great neighborhood for a walk, restaurant next door for food with friendly staff. Gas station close to fill up before you hit the road. "

"The property looked like a standard 8. Our room had a smell of pet urine when we entered. There were stains on the floor everywhere. Everything in the room worked. It has a nice hot tub and pool. It was very quiet considering it is next to I-5."
