The staff was great, so friendly and helpful.

Friendly and professional staff.

Always have a pleasant experience at this hotel - staff members are particularly welcoming and helpful.

My only complaint was the less than welcoming attitude at check-in--where the staff person presented as if she were doing me a favor--and the distraction of the staffer at check-out who was busy with a personal phone call.

Nicky at the front desk was so friendly. Rooms were clean

The hotel is fairly new. The rooms were clean and always had refreshing smell each time we entered. The air conditioners worked great. Breakfast was full....Eggs, sausage, and biscuits as well as usual continental items. I am not sure if eggs were prepared right, but there was plenty of other food. ...
