"Check in was quick and easy, the room and bathroom were clean, but the pillows were a disgrace. They were worn out and the filling had all separated, they really need replacing. The restaurant was closed on a Saturday evening, rather strange I thought and there were no facilities to get a drink of any sort, very poor I think, especially when you’re travelling, this really needs looking into, poor customer service. "Upon arrival the owner met us and unlocked the front door to reception, not friendly at all, we were told restaurant was available only for breakfast which was too late for us as we were catching a ferry. We were told to always use the back door for access, as front door would be locked, strange for a hotel, but the most annoying thing was the look on her face , she looked at us like we were a piece of dirt from under her shoe, unbelievably rude to say the least.
