"I can't speak highly enough of the Hotel Luna Mystica. This is a one of a kind experience that my wife and I will never forget. We stayed for 3 nights in Pollux, and everything from beginning to end was just wonderful. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything about the accommodations and the layout and lobby area are impeccably designed. Waking up to a view of the mountains, going to bed watching the stars, wandering the grounds to just be in the desert landscape — Luna Mystica is...

"Theres a fire pit, that was awesome! And there are grilps everywhere gas and charcoal. If you prefer charcoal which I do. I Brought my own. The room lacks basic things like a blow dryer and shampoo, conditioner and lotions. No paper towels. Beds where hard pillows where terrible. Hanher are wire and only a few so, if you wanna hang your clothes you better bring hangers. No iorn or board. Theres a curfew so, if you want to enjoy the fire pit you have to turn if off at 10. People where pleasant....

"This was once a nice place. Owner is a cheapskate, won't spend money on necessary repairs. The staff is as helpful as they can be given the circumstances. Office is not manned at night, if you have a problem yer out of luck. Linens are threadbare. None of the services advertised online are available."

"We were there in the off season; but this was only a brief stay on our way home. The cabin was very cozy and had a small fireplace which warmed the place very quickly. We are a family of 5 and there was more than enough room for us. 2 bathrooms which was great! Full kitchen! The washer and dryer was also a plus. "
