If you explore the alleyways in close proximity to the hotel you will find an array of wonderful shop and local restaurants. It is a good 45-60 minute walk to the forbidden city and other sights which suited me. "Great customer service. Really nice hotel inside looks new. Customer service personnel were very nice. Did not speak Chinese but used translating application to communicate with English speaking guests. Area of hotel is close to airport. "
