"We had primarily pick this place because we brought our boat and wanted to leave it in the canal but had not power to charge our boat. The house had a completely clogged bathroom sink and the couch bed was filthy, but the worst off all is the air conditioning would stop working. We went out to look at the unit outside and the lines were froze/covered in ice so we had to keep cutting the a/c off to let it thaw. Overall this was a bad experience for us, I hope they fix this issue because at least...

"Hard to find entry, should be more specific, listing DID NOT tell you that there is CONSTRUCTION right next door. TV locked out til 2nd day, POOL not heated after we paid extra to have it heated. Then only to give us 3:4 of our expense back on that???? Alarm in door was INSANE & can’t get back inside unless someone is there to let you in, This hindered ALL use out decks, balconies & pool area. NO iron, NO Ironing board & no blow dryer!! Dirty dishes - they say to wash but you can’t wash until...

"This property was very clean, organized, and well-stocked with what you would need in the kitchen and more. The view of the marsh made coffee on the patio a great way to start the day, and the location was an easy walk to the beach. Our dog also gave it 5 stars. Checkout was super easy. "

"This house is located in a beautiful part of Atlantic Beach. It is also walking distance to our favorite spot, The Shark Shack. Our dogs loved the fenced in back yard and multiple balconies. The living room is comfortable and modern. Great set up, but there are many stairs should that be an issue for you. "
