Check in was a breeze & he provided lots of good information for touring around including how far away (time wise) places were As a Canadian travelling overseas best purchase was a multi plug power bar (EU style) & then able to plug a converter into that - outlets were higher up on the wall & less weight balancing on the plug in."

Slow drain and small shower cubicle wirh no curtain: flooding on floor everytime we showered . Dont stay in room 128. Our AC kept our room cool,however everyday we would leave and the housekeeper would open the patio doors and leave them unlocked. We reported this to management. "You pay for the price! I mean it's cheaper for a reason the room is very small, the bathroom also! There's no place between the sink toilet or shower..They didn't do the sheets or changed the towels..The area is shady but it's close to the main attractions and downtown. You have to pay 8e for the breakfast... If you want a cheap hotel okay but don't expect big things from it.. Don't think I will come back."

"only stayed here for one night, the bathroom taps were leaky - didn't work properly and made a really annoying dripping sound all night. the toilet didn't flush after one usage. the bed was hard as a rock....really bad pillows too. oh and the fridge didn't work either. the place was clean, although really thats the only positive thing i can say. location isn't great either, 30 mins by bus to heraklion. i guess you get what you pay for!"

"I stayed in the superior room. It was clean, newly renovated, with a modern bathroom. Amenities included a safe refrigerator, espresso machine, and even slippers and a toothbrush kit. The location is excellent, short walk to everything in Old Town. Mattress was acceptable."
