"Some 5 minutes drive from the historical park, this place is in a scenic location in the middle of nowhere. The wooden bungalows are basic but clean and pretty well equipped, including air conditioning, (Thai only) TV, and decent internet connectivity. The owners speak very little english, but they are lovely! Drinking water and a nice breakfast are included for free, even if that wasn't mentioned when I booked, so it came as a pleasant surprise. Overall, highly recommended if you want to stay...

"Stayed in their dorm for 3 nights. Bed was super comfortable. Housekeeping was provided daily. Staff was very attentive. Pool was great during those blistering hot hours of the day. Must try the lychee lemonade at their restaurant! So good! Property was about a 15-18 minute walk from Sukhothai Historical Park and the bus stop is approximately a 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again."

"It's not a guesthouse, it's a property with a garden (which they use as a reception) and a couple of rooms. Bed is not comfortable, it's hard as a wood table with a linen on it. It's not clean."

The owner mentioned that my booking via expedia was not sent to the owner's email address, therefore, my booked room was taken innocently. Anyway, the owner did the effort to search for another hotel in such a high demand circumtance that day, and finally gave me an acceptable solution, so I think it is OK. "
