"I wouldn’t stay here again. The bed was stained, there was no hot water, the staff barely spoke to us and didn’t respond when I asked for help about the water. They didn’t give us the wifi password or any information when we arrived just pointed for us to follow them and led us to our room. The location did not feel safe at night, the street the hotel is located on is not a good one! We could hear strange noises from our hotel room throughout the night, which was on the 3rd floor fyi. "No elevator. Check in was not easy. It’s self check in where the hotel sends you a code to unlock your room key at the front of the hotel entrance. Maybe it would’ve work out better if the hotel was booked at least a day ahead. I booked mine 2 hours before arriving and no code was sent to me yet. It took a while to get someone to help. Room was spacious and clean but toilet room was so tiny. Could barely get the door to open. I wouldn’t stay again. "
