"The villa that we booked and paid for was denied us. There were 2 men sitting cross legged eating their curry on the floor when we arrived and they said they knew nothing of our booking. Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic. "We normally stay in 5* hotels but as our previous hotel went corporate with too many weddings and events we chose Lucianas where we spent 27 days. From start to finish our stay was excellent and completely hassle free. This en-suite room is basic but is spacious and clean with everything you need. "James and the team make this property outstanding! There are a few fixes needed in that the bedside shelf was hanging off on one side and the patio doors didn’t close fully but the value for money is great. The staff really can’t do enough here or at James beach shack. Will definitely be returning "
