"Fantastic staff, beautiful hotel, hope we stay again"

"T.V’s didn’t work, booking said sofa bed and double bed but it was actually a double bed and single bed, the windows didn’t open which is a fire hazard which the fire alarm went off 7:30 in the morning, upon tidying the room before leaving we found lots of stuff under the bed, underwear, ‘substances’ cutlery, lots of stuff from different people there, not to mention I had 4 children with me, plus very dirty covers and everything overall"

"It was our first overnight stay here and we were pleasantly pleased how conveniently located it was to the centre. Tea, coffee and sugar provided, a very comfortable double bed which was spotlessly clean and fresh and everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Car parking is directly opposite. "

The stairs going up to the rooms needed a good cleaning and refurbishing. After opening the door to the room I was surprised how small it was, 8’x8’? "Nice sized property with plenty of space and very well equipped. We were a party of 4 adults, 2 small children and dogs. The views were beautiful and the house was very clean. "

"Extremely difficult and confusing to check in and out. Lots of different codes for doors, and very confusing regarding key safe. Little to no mention about the actual details regarding sharing a flat, other guests were extremely noisy, particularly very early in the morning Property, not in the best of conditions, with bathroom doors, not locking, which is extremely disconcerting for a shared flat.
