"This hotel is a bit off the beaten track, however, in this instance was just what we wanted as needed a quick start the following morning to head for our Ferry. Difficulty in signing in via electronic system meant had to wait for the mahager to open the reception and check-in person to person. Had an issue with the shower flooding the bathrom as water flowing quicker than the outlet could deal with. Didn't cause to much of an issue as the manager provided buck and mop along with lots of towels...

"The hotel was opposite Lens train station so ideal for the RWC trip we had. The hotel didnt open after lunch until 2pm... on the details it said 1.30pm & on the door of the hotel 1pm. The lady was very welcoming once she arrived though. Very basic room & the bed wasn't very comfortable.... our sons single bed was comfy.p"

"Upon arrival the owner met us and unlocked the front door to reception, not friendly at all, we were told restaurant was available only for breakfast which was too late for us as we were catching a ferry. We were told to always use the back door for access, as front door would be locked, strange for a hotel, but the most annoying thing was the look on her face , she looked at us like we were a piece of dirt from under her shoe, unbelievably rude to say the least. Stay away! Nice area, but not...
