"The property is well located for enjoying walks in Barranco. It has large rooms and a nice kitchen. But the property itself is a step-child. When we arrived the code box did not work. We had to make a WhatsApp call to get a technician, and even with relatively proficient Spanish the call was difficult for poor reception. The tech came within 20 minutes of the call, changed the battery - ok, a delay of about an hour. But then the next day the water was off all day for maintenance with no notice....

"Lovely mini-mansion within walking distance of the local Barranco district. Did not have a laundry service however staff were super friendly and the property had quite a lot of character. "
