"This is the second time we’ve stayed here after our Camino. It is close to all amenities and only a short walk to the Cathedral. We did have some issues with our room this time as the AC for the building was not on and our room was 27C. The staff that evening was helpful and did some troubleshooting. "Room was pretty warm even with cooler temperatures outside. "

"The room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. Hot shower. Helpful staff. The restaurant didn't start serving dinner until 8 pm. It was cafeteria style with very few options, but it was more convenient than going somewhere else because there isn't much nearby. The pharmacy vending machine was empty, but there were a couple others with snacks. The hostel is along the Camino Frances only 4 kilometers from the Santiago cathedral."

"This was a small hotel which was great for our stay in Santiago. It was nice to have the personal touch. The breakfast was great and a kettle in the room was a surprising and very welcome find. Small car park at the back of the property was convenient and we could walk easily into the city."

"There was nobody at the reception desk to check us in, although our luggage had arrived and the door to the hotel was open. After waking 15 kms that day, I had to go to another property nearby to find someone to check us in. Overall a good stay despite the check in incident."
