"It’s a nice place plus it has free parking and breakfast is included."

"Clean and functional room, beds very comfortable. Great location in the city centre. Very helpful owner. Unfortunately, guests in room next to ours were very nosey on the last night."

"Top staff top quality food and perfect location"

"The room very spacious and clean but the toiletries were not checked and were low/empty. It also stated breakfast was included which was very disappointing as was only a loaf of bread with butter/jams, some cereal and fruit, the main pictures for the accommodation show a cooked breakfast and pancakes."

"We really enjoy our time there, the rooms were big and comfortable "

"Loved this hotel very well situated next to park and ride into Bath, lovely themed rooms with everything you need and very helpful staff , hope to come again !"

"Brilliant alternative to an expensive hotel in Bath. The children loved it and only 15 mins walk to the centre of Bath. Very friendly staff. Keith is a legend!"

"Great place and location"

"We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at this beautiful countryside cottage. The property is spacious, peaceful, and the outdoor hot tub was a wonderful highlight. Please note that a car is essential since it is located deep in the countryside (about 25-30 minutes from Bath). The management team was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful from start to finish. "Lovely new flat, well stocked and comfortable. The living room is rather small, tight for even one person. Overall was a great stay, only disappointed that the taxes and fees are so high, and that I did not receive the check-in instructions in advance so I had to reach out to get that just before I arrived."

"Very central location. Nice townhouse with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, designer bathroom and livingroom with sofa etc. A real gem in Bath and would definetely stay again. "

"Place was ok - did the job, a little further out from the city than I imagined but accessible easily by bus. Fairly nice room, could have been warmer for a winter stay"

"Great location and a very pretty and clean shepherd hut. We loved that there was a loaf of bread, milk and some butter all stocked for when we arrived."

"Great stay, apartment was very spacious and has everything you need. Parking space we found a bit tight getting in and out of but we managed. Would stay again."

"Modern and clean enough but it isn't really made clear enough that this is literally just a room. There is no use of the kitchen, that was padlocked and so no way of even making a cup of tea. Not sure that is made clear enough in the booking. Just a kettle and a mug would have made a difference."

"This property had a kitchen with dining area which was nice eat small meals at Worked for our needs"
