"Pretty much an average older motel in decent shape with reasonable furnishings. The mattress was getting a bit saggy, but still ok. Biggest downside was the proximity to I-5 and it's noise and that it was not in am especially walkable neighborhood. "

"I have stayed in this hotel twice in the past two years. It’s located at a walking distance to the peace arch park and there are a couple of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The rooms are pretty clean and the staff are nice and helpful. I had a great time and will come back again."

"Motel is old and a bit battered, but the room is clean, bed is comfortable; mini fridge, microwave, big tv, wifi. A person with longer legs might not fit behind the sink to sit on the toilet. Traffic noise was minimal last night. There is fast food and a Grocery Outlet nearby. And, the price was right. "

"An old motel that’s dated and has a lot of longer term tenants. The price was reasonable for a clean comfortable bed to sleep in. Plenty of clean hot water in the fairly small shower as well. Room was clean and staff was friendly."
