Las sábanas estaban encima de la cama y nos dijeron que teníamos que hacerla nosotros. También deshacerla y colocar sábanas y toallas en una bolsa porque si no era penalización de 10€! Nos faltaba una toalla de ducha, la reclamamos y al día siguiente a las 10am todavía no nos la habían traído. Solo dejan una toalla de manos y se niegan a...

"We booked this hotel because it had a nice pool and stunning views of the Pyrenees. The day we arrived it was raining and so the outdoor pool was closed and for some reason we were not allowed to use the indoor pool. Despite this, the food was fabulous and the staff very courteous."
