"Het is een unieke plek in Oldenzaal. Jammer dat er geen gebruik van gemaakt wordt. Wij hadden kamer 18. De kamer was schoon, evenals de badkamer, maar verwarming deed het niet, dat was bekend (werd gelukkig wel gemaakt) en de tv was stuk, was ook bekend, maar daar werd niets aan gedaan. Het ontbijt werd geserveerd in een ander gedeelte. De trap er naar toe was vreselijk vuil, evenals de vloerbedekking in de ontbijtzaal. De koffie bij het ontbijt was lauw, na een klacht werd er wel warme koffie...
