"Would be 5 stars except my phone was attacked 4 times over the network. Each attack required a hard reset to unlock the phone again. This is a network issue with their network. Stay in airplane mode while at the hostel. If the attack had succeeded I would have lost my phone and bank accounts."

"El hotel deja mucho que desear. Nos dieron una habitación cuyo baño tenía una puerta corrediza que no funcionaba, no tenía papel higiénico ni secador de pelo. El olor del hotel no era agradable ni tampoco la decoración, muy deteriorado y viejo. La verdad por el precio que no era nada económico el servicio es decepcionante. Tienen mucho por mejorar. "

"The studio apartment was the perfect stay for our trip to Brussels. It is about a 25 minute walk from the Grande Place, but it has easy access to trains and buses to get around quicker. Even though the area is not necessarily the bougiest, it is very safe and everyone is nice. The staff was also attentive and made sure to check in if we ever needed anything. Overall, I would definitely come back and stay here again!"

"Its a beautiful family company. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. I even had a good chat with 1 of the owners! Everything was on point. Can't even describe how stunning the room was. Even with being away from home the whole interior gave us a homey feeling. The details were astonishing in the whole building! My compliments to this family!"

"Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties. Facilities are a bit dated especially the bathroom and bed had a mattress too thin and soft...
