"location was great service was outstanding. they were completely sold out. We checked into our room and noticed the AC was not working. After saying something to the front desk we returned to our room and maintenance had replaced the unit sometime between 5 pm - 8pm on a Saturday evening of Memorial Day weekend. To me that is great service. "

"We were asked if we wanted our room cleaned by the maid our first morning & we said yes. We saw her in the hall & she said she would clean our room. We came back that night, & she did not. We made 3 separate trips to the front desk....for clean towels, toilet paper & then kleenex. Breakfast was not very good, even though the server was excellent. "

"Did not feel secure. Side door was unlocked, swiper was not working. Door lock on room did not have double bolt. The sheets were spotty and blanket was torn. I asked for new sheet and blanket. Still do not have my deposit of 100.00 back."

"The room was clean. Breakfast and staff was great. General run down look with the elevator and carpet on the 1st floor to the elevator. Could hear the traffic on the 3rd floor. "

"Even though the hotel is currently being renovated, the pool is open and also the elevator. The pool and hot tub are heated which is VERY nice when you have little ones that get cold fast. "
