"Absolutely beautiful. I have never stayed in a static caravan before but this was the best experience for a first timer. The facilities were spot on and the hot tub was an added bonus and throughly enjoyed by the children. The only downside was that the toilet seat was very loose and shifted when sitting on it. It was a minor problem and didn’t really affect our stay. "

"Lovely room, super quiet. The bed was so comfortable and clean. No water in room, but everything else you needed was there. Breakfast was ok.. pre order form handy but a mistake was made with my partners food. Items he had asked to remove were on his plate. Service was luke warm… no one to be seen once food was on the table. Juice jugs were empty, empty alpen packets on the table. Limited choice.. maybe some kind of pastry or more toast to make use of the jams would have been nice. Cooked was...

"Real hidden gem. Not so interesting from the outside, but very nice inside indeed. All was comfortable with enough space. Big enough for 2 persons with all you can wish for. The only advice I could give is to have more then just 4 pieces of cups, plates and everything. This can not fill the dishwasher."

"The room was nice. Due to Covid restrictions, we didn’t see a single member of staff apart from the man in the bar, which wasn’t the kind of hotel bar I expected. No real ale (“because it wasn’t worth doing” according to the barman). No coffee either. We went to our room via a side door, so we didn’t even see the hotel facilities. We were very disappointed with the breakfast facilities-there were none. Again this was due to Covid but the website clearly stated ‘breakfast available’. It also said...

"My brother and i stayed here for the weekend. We were greeted warmly by the staff here, he was a really friendly and helpful person. The room was small but cosy. The location is second to none, a 10 minute walk to the centre of Llanberis. We had pizza here the 2nd evening and it was sublime. We also had a chance to meet the owner aswell, and she was lovely too. A really amazing place to stay."

"New management has made many upgrades to the property. This was the first time I visited, so I didn't miss the old quirks; I found the place delightful. The Snug is a lovely lounge with wood-burning fire that was great for a cold night. I'm sure the outside tables would be lovely in warm weather. The location right next to the footbridge is charming. I stayed in room 2; the bathroom was a bit small and awkward, but I understand they have to work with the structure that's there."
