"we checked in at 9pm. upon arrival, was told they had to charge my credit card for a night since we had not checked in yet. However they would still have to charge us the full amount when we checked out 2 days later and the original charge would be refunded in 7-20 days. Manager called me the next day to explain the charge qas error, but really called to beg us to give hotel a good reciew. That was in poor taste."
