"Spent three nights. This was our base camp for Yosemite. (I'm a hiker, not a camper.) The park is technically up the road about 16 miles, but it is the south entrance and you still have to travel a bit for the main stuff. If there was no line to get into the park, as was the case two of our mornings since we were on the road at 4:00 or 6:00 for our long hikes, it took us about an hour and 20 minutes to get to Yosemite Valley. It is a bit of a drive, but very doable. We did wait in line the other...

"Second time we stayed at this place when we visited Yosemite. Love the town and the people are amazing in it. Just about an hours drive to the park. Only bad part is swimming pool was closed while we were there. If it is a “must have” I would call before booking. "
