Elizabeth comes to mind in particular but everybody was just as courteous and willing to help in any way possible as her. I kept forgetting the door code and had to ring the bell, but no one ever complained about coming to let me on. I wish there was a widow in the room because you is l lose track of time easily since the ac works great and the need is comfortable, but other than that i have no complaints....
