This resort is completing renovations but you wouldn’t know it they did a great job and any work that needed to be completed Nicole informed you immediately. They couldn’t be more accommodating. "

"This property is listed on multiple sites. I messaged the host several times as VRBO suggested, seeking check in details like a front door code. The host did not respond, but instead canceled out reservation at about 11:45 the night before we were due to check in. Once midnight hit, there were no comparable properties in the area offering same day check in. VRBO customer service couldn't hasten our refund or find any hotels with availability. I hope future guests receive their cancellations with...
