"The staff was very accommodating, my mom's on oxygen and I contacted them before my stay to make sure I had a 1st floor room and it was close to the entrance not a long walk. Room was great beds were very comfortable, Blue sky lounge was great as well they give you 10% coupon when u stay there. "

The downside is that it feels dated and is not attractive as a facility, though the rooms are fine (well, electrical outlets are a challenge). The relative low price made up for these deficits."

"As of June 2024, the hotel was very new and in great condition. The main building with the cafe was very nicely decorated. The staff were great. The only downside is that there is nothing within walking distance, other than UMaine, but the hotel itself is a training ground for their hospitality program."
