She said no...I had to insist a lot so that she called her boss who told her to buy a bottle of oil at the shop in front of the hostel. She could have been more attentive and proactive. But the lady at the reception next day was really friendly."

The staff were very young and didn´t speak English well enough. We were there on the national holiday and had signed up for a paddle tournament. But since it rained a little, no one from the staff...
