"The first floor was under construction so it was noisy. WI-FI in the room was not available. No closet in the room and no hangers for cloths. Moreover, they charged twice in the Resturant and I called them 3 times and explained to them the situation but they did nothing. Every time they promised to call me back but they did not."

"The price was so reasonable and the services were great. They keep the room clean and there is a mosquito net. The location is also perfect. I easily went to shops, Source of The Nile and the taxi station. The security guards keep the hotel safe."
