"Wonderful place to stay. Would definitely stay again!!"

"Great value, superb location, got a very highly rated Italian right opposite, Little Italy it's called. Got a Tesco Express near by & it's under 10 mins walk to the bars, the pier, beach, train station etc 😊"

"Such a central location! Thanks for a great stay and smooth check-in"

"great for short stay"

"Lovely location and would stay again. Very comfortable bed, easy self check in process worked well. Minor gripe was the peeling pain on the bottom of the shower tray and a very dusty extractor fan in the bathroom."

"This is a beautiful guesthouse. We have stayed more than once, and would not hesitate to return. Spotlessly clean. The most comfortable bed with the coziest bedsheets, just perfect for a wonderful night’s rest. The hostess is lovely. Thank you once again for a great stay."

"A clean and pleasant guest house. The sea view from our room was excellent. Very well situated for town and beach amenities."

"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"Friendly owners, lovely dogs and a great breakfast"
