"I was not pleased that I called after making reservation to request a room on the main level and was told that they would make a note and that this would be arranged but when I got there, they had me in an upstairs room. When I discussed this with the young lady at the front desk, she was kind and accomodating but I was put in a room then switched to another room. The bath tub faucet came out of the wall when I tried to pull up the tub plug. There was no waste basket in the room and the floor...

"Room smell like cigarette smoke. They first gave me one room that was adjoining room that the door joining the room did not lock and they had a dresser propped up on it. The Front Desk guy helped me get another room immediately, but it was dirty and smell like smoke it look like a roach motel"
