"I liked the fact that you had a full service breakfast. The quality of the food in the mornings was very good. Having a tea and coffee station was very convenient as I had several work meetings in the lobby. The weather had turned cold and the lobby was draughty. I asked if we could light the fireplace and was told the hotel didnt have any firewood- which was surprising. Keeping a fire lit would make the hotel more welcoming and comfortable.
