"The size of the apartment is decent, it's equipped with a few things (kettle, microwave, stove, fridge,vacuum cleaner, cutlery, pots and a few plates). The air conditioning is old and not strong enough for August heat, unfortunately. There's only one unit for the whole apartment which would be all right if it worked properly. Make sure you check for shower gel, soap, tea and coffee, as well as the TV remote in case you need it. If you don't find them, ask for them. The parking lot is really tight, but it is closed and safe. It's a good place for visiting Cannes for a longer stay, we were just in transit.
