"We didn’t manage to stay there as was able to book online but when we arrived they said that we had been tricked and they didn’t have any room. I showed them my receipt and they still said we had been tricked. Don’t check computer at any stage. Left us nowhere to stay that evening "
"Room didn’t seem clean. There was about 10 empty water bottles left in the room from a previous guest. Bed was rock hard. Hot water didn’t work in shower. Staff weren’t very welcoming they were asleep most of the time on the bench. Expensive for what we got! Hour + walk from the main tourist area"
"This hotel is unbeatable when it comes to staff, cleanliness, and location. The staff are friendly and helpful and work hard to make sure every guest feels at home. The room as well as the grounds are impeccably clean. The beds and pillows are top notch and very comfortable. The location is in the center of everything and offers many different shops for coffee and food options. What really stands out to me is the staff, thank you for making me feel at home and welcome. "Jim’s House was a wonderful stay! Ngoc was very welcoming, and we chatted un petit peu while I waited for Grab orders. We loved their eco-consciousness and enjoyed both our room and the upstairs space, which has seating on both sides and gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Watching the full sunrise was a highlight! We had dinner upstairs with Grab takeout one night—chef’s kiss. The kitchen and filtered water station were also super handy—we refilled our big jug daily. Would definitely stay again!"
"This is my go to hotel in Da Nang. 30 minutes walk to the beach. 45 minutes to the Dragon Bridge. Good cheap places to eat around the place. Room was very nice and large with 2 balconies. Pool on the roof is amazing, especially of a night. Can't fault the place."
