"Wow, why why why did I book only one night here? Everything was so good. All rooms - everything - is completely new, spacious, clean, and the owners are so nice! "Terrible stay, Worst check in ever!! Rude staff (we saw only one in our stay), not customer oriented, NO internet access the half of the stay (with not a single explanation). They didn´t change the towels or the sheets in 8 nights... Every time someone came in to the building we heard a big noice from the entrance door... The management is really poor, they run the place like a cow farm not an hospitality business"

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist gut und die Einrichtung ist schön. Allerdings gab es große Probleme mit der Küche: Es gab keine Dunstabzugshaube, was das Kochen ohne das Öffnen von Türen und Fenstern erschwerte. Das Kochfeld war sehr klein mit begrenztem Platz für zwei Dinge gleichzeitig. Es fehlten Müllbeutel, und es gab keine scharfen Messer zum Kochen – die vorhandenen waren so stumpf, dass sie nicht einmal eine Zwiebel schneiden konnten. Wir baten um ein...

"I am delighted that I was able to stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and set in an incredible setting. The staff were all very friendly and really made me feel welcome. The breakfast and facilities (pool, sauna etc) all looked good although I didn’t use them. I will have no hesitation about returning to this hotel! Many thanks to the excellent staff especially Szabi who helped me a lot. "
