"Very nice place in a beautiful area"

"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....

"Located in a lovely scenic position high up on a hill side, the property is staffed by wonderfully hospitable people determined to make our stay memorable. To our surprise, the property had a small pool and exercise area as well as games area. The recommendation of a nearby restaurant was spot on (5 minute walk) plus a great breakfast also kept us well fed. The only concerns are that the property is a bit of a drive off the main motorway and the wifi was slow. But those are small concerns...

"My husband and I stayed here in mid June and it was wonderful. The location is beautiful and provided a wonderful pool to enjoy on a warm summer day. The owners were incredibly welcoming and provided for our every need and request. The optional dinner was delicious and of exceptional quality, a perfect ending to a day of hiking, biking, and exploring. Looking forward to returning. "

"Nettes Hotel an der Hauptstraße, ordentliches gerämiges und sauberes Zimmer, Bar und Restaurant mit vielfältiger Auswahl (indisch und italienisch) sowie langer Öffnungszeit, preiswert und ganz lecker, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück war entgegen der Angabe in der Buchung nicht inbegriffen, aber Cappuccini und Hörnchen gab es für ganz kleines Geld, also kein Problem. Free parking on-site. - Hotel requested extra 50 EUR for late check-in, We negotiated the lower price but finally the check-in was done via code for door access and earlier whatsapp contact and nobody was waiting for us. This means that the extra fee looked as irrational."

"Superbe hôtel. Completement rénové et dans un cadre montagnard maginifique. Mais il faudrait juste mettre beaucoup plus en évidence que cet hotel est en pleine montagne et inaccessible en voiture. (Cest indiqué dans le site hotels.com, mais en toute fin du descriptif.) On laisse sa voiture sur un parking en bas d'un téléphérique ... donc ne pas prendre de grosse valise ! Il y a une reception ouverte bien après 18h00. Le personnel est particulierement sympathique. Il y a meme un excellent...
